Rohingya National Education Board (RNEB) is an independent, non-governmental educational board working nationally and internationally to preserve and promote the Rohingya mother language through education.
RNEB was established in 2017 in response to the educational and cultural crisis faced by Rohingya communities. RNEB was founded on the belief that language is the foundation of identity, culture, and dignity, and that every generation deserves the opportunity to learn in and preserve its mother language.
Founded under the visionary leadership of the late Maulana Faruk, whose mission continues after his passing in 2024, RNEB now works through dedicated leadership, volunteers, teachers, local learning centers, and global community support.

To preserve, protect, and promote the Rohingya mother language through inclusive, quality education, teacher training, curriculum development, translation, publishing, and community engagement worldwide.
Developing Rohingya, Burmese, Arabic, English, and Islamic Studies materials from nursery through primary level.
Training teachers, providing academic supervision, and supporting continuous mentoring across learning centers.
Translating and publishing textbooks, Qur'an, Hadith, Islamic literature, history, dictionaries, and other learning resources.
Running literacy campaigns, examinations, ceremonies, competitions, awareness sessions, and partnerships with learning centers.
RNEB supports Rohingya education through community schools, Moktob, Hafezhana, Madarasa, RNEB schools, learning centers, and online programs. Its work reaches communities in 12 countries, including Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and other locations.
RNEB has developed a Rohingya-language curriculum from nursery through Grade 5 and translated more than 100 books, including the Quran, to support accessible learning and preservation.
